The San Francisco Unified School District is projected to receive over $23 million over the next two years in money from the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), also known as the Federal Stimulus Act.
Portions of this funding have arrived in fiscal year 2009 and will be included in the beginning balance of restricted funds going into the 2010 fiscal year. Other funding has yet to be released or is competitive.
